The new illy Cold Brew Blade System is a patented dispensing unit that creates a one-touch system that brews two different cold brew brews with the twist of the knob and the exclusive venturi spout. This system dispenses illy Cold Brew or illy Cold Brew Aria nitro style without the need for nitrogen tanks or an external compressed air source.
The system uses a 4.5 liter soft pack of cold brew made from illy’s signature blend fitted with disposable dispensing tubes which eliminates the need to clean the machine’s internals, improving its food safety features and reducing maintenance necessary daily staff.
The sleek dispensing unit has an LED-lit dome that makes it highly visible, but the unit itself has a small base footprint of 8.5 inches wide by 11 inches long. The unit is also designed to maintain the product at an optimal cold and cool temperature with a shelf life of 14 days in the dispensing unit. The 110v system is turnkey with minimal configuration.
