PHOENIX, June 23, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Paragon Mortgage today announced the closing of a new HUD 221 (d) (4) loan for the development of 59 Evergreen apartments in Glendale, Arizona. Paragon secured the New Construction Development Loan through the 221 (d) (4) mortgage insurance program of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. This financing provided by the HUD provides a combined loan for construction and a permanent loan for multi-family projects at market rate; 40 years fully amortizable, 85% loan at cost, non-recourse and fully assumable.

In 2018, Visiquest Properties bought the land, modified the flat to group the 70 vacant lots into one lot. With the lots came majority control of the HOA and the common areas.
